I would dare to say the amount of work to set this up for one project and

have a rough idea of how many of those would be part of the incubation?
Historically, Apache has been against "Umbrella Projects" - encouraging
them to break up and become individual Top Level
Is it possible the name is too generic and could cause confusion with
this existing ASF project?
