Is it possible to become part of the Incubator PMC (I am an asf member),
in order to have some binding votes ? I think in the past we did the same
in our Trinidad effort with Martin van den Bemt.

I was under the impression that being a mentor was just for ASF members, but couldn't find that
written down anywhere.
If it is not just a thing for ASF Members, I wouldn't mind freeing up some time to help out with
mentoring.
