The original CCLA / SGA agreement mentioned the wrong GitHub repo, one that
did not include all of the Usergrid code. This new SGA lists the correct
repo and the same one that was imported into Apache's Git.

missing SGA, in that the original CCLA provided no SGA equivalence an
