threads. I'm just wondering where we're at now, exactly. Specifically:
1. Do we need an official vote thread on this, or can we consider that done

Ping! Any takers for a final IPMC vote? This should be a fairly easy one to
validate, as there were very few changes since the last release (but one of
those is an important fix we need to get out).
