The very few of us involved with the Apache Philae project agree that
this development be done as part of the Apache James project it self as
originally suggested by Jan
Feel free now to use the Philae name to any other Apache project...

a Project Management point of view it makes sense to
bifurcate into a perhaps Linked but distinct Project ... anyways it will be
a dependant project on James !!
