I have resolved the issues raised in this poll:
1. Fixed the Keys link address.
2. Changed the artifact download address to match the closer.lua style.
3. The docker latest image has been rolled back to the old version.

In the previous vote[1] thread, we received many valuable suggestions,
especially regarding the licensing of bundled jars .We will address all
feedback, fix the problems, and prepare a new WIP release.
