The files in the apache-gluten-1.2.0-incubating-src.tar.gz are placed
in a directory called.
incubator-gluten-1.2.0-rc1
I don't think the rc1 should be part of this directory name. If this
source release is accepted as a release then the rc1 part of the
directory name will be confusing.
