What however I really hate to see in emails is people using short forms LMAA,

Hi, Justin, about the proposal, we have already mentioned that 'with

majority of core developers working on the OzHera project are salaried

It is a concern on entering the incubator, especially for a project that has
been open source for some time. It would

Yes I believe there are:

not only developers from Xiaomi and other companies but also individual
developers who are encouraged to contribute. In this proje
Also it's driving me crazy to see native speakers saying "...not...no

Hi Dave,
I have two answers for why this misuse is so wide.
1. Some important connection points in the local Apache community give
the wrong practice.
Let me name some of them, and please do not interpret it as a blame. I

Thank John for your kindly understanding.
Also as a non-native English speaker, when I see abbreviation like

To be honest, I've never really paid much attention when someone stated
they're a PMC. I knew what was meant and just auto corrected it in my head.
I have used, without fully thinking about it, PMC as, "I am a PMC" as well.

Hi Greg,
I saw this kind of thread many times, and I also corrected it dozens
of times. Actually, this is part of the reason for [1] ("Maintainer"
as an alias of PMC Member?).

Hello all,
I am getting really tired of seeing people refer to *MEMBERS* of a PMC as
"PMCs".
PMC stands for Project Management Committee.
You have MEMBERS of that PMC.
People are never to be called a PMC, nor a group of them as PMCs. People
are not committees. The acronym "PMC" is short for a c

Is this considered a blocker for a project to enter incubator? I do
see it could be a concern during the project's graduation, but for

Are there any remaining inaccuracies in the proposal? Is it possible
that we can try to build the community while OzHera is part of the
Incubator? If the team can't attract outside committers then they will
find it hard to graduate as a TLP.

Hi,
-1 (binding) As I said in the discussion thread, I have concerns about this
project. The proposal did not accurately reflect its state, it has little or no
community around it and a single corporate entity is behind it.
Kind Regards,
Justin
