The Apache GraphAr(incubating) v0.12.0 has been released!
Apache GraphAr(incubating) is an open source, standard data file format for
graph data storage and retrieval.

We plan to let each PPMC take turns serving as Release Manager, in this
way, they can learn all publishing-related skills throughout the process.Of
course, next time we release the version, we will also let PPMC conduct a

Hi shuai,
I'd suggest that everyone on the PPMC should take a look at releases and vote.
Once Answer graduates, each PPMC member who becomes a PMC member will have a
binding vote. It's worthwhile for everyone to learn the process and understand
how to check a release.
