- name contains incubating
- LICENSE, NOTICE, DISCLAIMER files are there and look good
- ASF header is in source files
- signatures/hashes look good
NB: KEYS file should be removed for dist dev and keep only the one in
dist release.

Just would like to clarify things here, we did make progresses with our own
github instead apache github. Recently we worked closely with our mentor JB on
migrating all our local github repos to apache github and we completed the
migration a couple of weeks ago.
