Hi Justin,
Thanks for the email.
I checked the release checklist and regulations about NOTICE [1], and I'm
still wondering what's wrong with the NOTICE file.
Is it related to third-party libraries?

Hi,

Good point Myrle. The subject line mentions NA but we will have Community
tracks at both Apachecons - so feel free to submit talks to both.
Also in previous Apachecons I think there has been an Incubator Shark Tank.
Is there any interest is organising one for NA, EU or both?
Thanks

Hey Dave,
Would you also be interested in submitting a talk to ApacheCon EU 2019?
Please keep us in mind!

Proposal:

[DISCUSS] or [VOTE], but only a release which passes a

(1) How can Mentors service the Podlings they have volunteered to help by
VOTING on releases? For me the issues can be any of:
- The Release was not discussed on the dev@ list until the
Hi Sharan,

Hi all,
I just wanted to bring back a short summary of a discussion we had with Craig
Russel on a private list regarding the role of podling mentors in the release
approval process.
And as there are currently many thoughts and discussions going on about these
topics, I thought it would be good
Hi,
I notice there was feedback given in the last vote of ECharts that has not been
addressed. (Hint look at the NOTICE file.)
I also suggest that you use the check list here [1], or come up with your own,
so you don’t miss obvious things, even if they are very minor :-)
Thanks,
Justin
