The Apache Fluo PMC has voted[1] to receive a large contribution from the
"Astralway" team on GitHub. The IP Clearance page has been updated[2],
though recent SVN updates to the xml[3] may not be reflected yet.
The clearance passes by lazy consensus if no -1 votes are cast within the
next 72 hours
