The 0.8-incubating has major product updates and there are users still
using 0.7 major release. We need to provide the latest maint version and
upgrade path for the 0.7 release.

I want to put out there that I think Aria Tosca could use an additional
mentor or two. For those unaware, the Aria Tosca podling is an
implementation of the TOSCA specification that supports the provisioning of
cloud resources via API specifications.
