As I've understood the situation:
- Code was open sourced at apache to become the CMDA project
- Some commits happened against a repo, from what I can tell building a
basic skeleton of a webapp for collecting data
- Commits stopped in November 2015
- There has been very little on list discussions,

Can you give a rationale for your vote?
Do you think that the current situation is acceptable?
What do you think will change the current situation?
Have you reviewed the history of the situation?

So far I've successfully checked:
* signatures and digests
* source releases file layouts
* no binaries found at the source distribution
* matched git tags and commit ids
* incubator suffix and disclaimer
* NOTICE and LICENSE files
* license headers
* clean build

Hi,
+1 binding
I checked:
- incubating in name
- signature and hashes fine (but would be good to include the KEYS file nearby)
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSEs are OK
- NOTICE year need updating from 2016 to 2017
- All ASF files have headers
- No unexpected binary files
- Can compile from source

1. -1's on releases aren't vetos, so if someone else (e.g. you) voted a +1
my -1 would be moot.
2. I mentioned in my response that the main issue is that I can't find a
listed license for glog and I was choosing GPL because I found a source
file with
