I haven't tracked Drill during its incubation, so I read through some
of the dev list, poked through the review board and JIRA, read from
the wiki, and brought up the sample through its 10 minute tutorial.
Drill seems to be a very approachable project. It has good docs

Hi, apologies for replying late.
That is the correct link for the Taverna workshop invitation - or
http://taverna2014.eventbrite.co.uk/ for short.
We have been testing the use of Google+ Hangouts, so we'll try to use
that, with recording/streaming to Youtube. That could eliviate some

I had the wrong link in here as well as non-Apache emails. Here's the
correct information.

Hello, Harbs,
My two cents:
Regardless of policy, I don't see how it makes sense from a governance
perspective for individuals to take controversial independent action on
something so important as release publication. The mere fact that a dispute

Thanks!
And sorry that I didn't notice it before, but the list of PMC members
needs to use @apache.org addresses, so that we have stable IDs in the
resolution.

Hi all,
This is our second try to release Flink 0.7.0-incubating. The last time we
found a critical issue while the vote was running, so I had to cancel the
vote here.
The 0.7.0-incubating release will be the second major-version release of

Thanks for the clarification!
I’m still not sure I understand. In plain English we seem to have these
unresolved questions:
1) (Re)compiling convenience packages with modifications to binary dependencies
after the release vote: Is that kosher or not?
2) If a binary dependency is added to a conv
