focussed on making a release and particularly focussed on getting the IP

Hi - Here is my report for S4.
S4 know how make releases. Is concerned about community growth and think that
may impede graduation.

There is a lot of activity but it does not seem to include any drive to make
any release.
There is tremendous community building activity.
