RAT status page gone?

The RAT status page is giving a 404 Not Found http://incubator.apache.org/projects/rat.html The source is still there in SVN at content/projects/rat.xml but the generated html is gone on the server. Perhaps Robert deleted it by accident when doing graduation tidy up. Anyway i tried editing that

It's very nice that two of our mentors, as well as the incubator chair, are actively asking us to graduate (and thanks for the kind words, Mark!) Although personally I'd still like the community to be a little larger myself before going to graduation, I'm happy of course to put this to the vote on
