mentors. Any thoughts on this vote?
We released 0.9.0-incubating on Tuesday so we have completed 4 releases
and added 4 new commiters since the beginning of incubation

binary distributions. But there is a distinction here. In the case of Hadoop
and other projects, they bring things such Guava along because they need them,
