Pivot 1.2 Release Candidate 3. We would now like to request the permission

I had delayed my vote for a really long time because I honestly like both
about equally. But if I had to choose, I figured that a more obscure name
might be better, so I went with Aseca.

This vote has been in progress for more than 72 hours now. AFICT
although we have a number of non binding votes from the PPMC, we have
no votes from the Incubator PMC.
