Dear all,
I would like to start an incubator project at the Apache Software Foundation
with a Java library (let's call it Jaffre) I've written.
Jaffre is a lightweight RPC library for the Java platform.
It is designed to be simple, extensible, robust, and efficient with
no required dependencies

After last month's report, the Incubator has started the process of
recognizing the dormant status of projects that are in that condition.
The most serious issue that happened this past month is recorded in the
Empire-DB report, the gist of which is that a Committer had provided a
third-party with
Stonehenge and Kato reported, but the others are all absent. Cassandra, I
note, discussed the need for a report, but failed to provide one.
Mentors should please review these projects, and comment on what actions they
feel are appropriate.

Hi,
According to http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/March2009, those board
reports are missing - I assume adding them Real Soon Now is still
possible.
