we don't really have a "Help Wanted!" page. http://incubator.apache.org/guides/participation.html is ok but it a little somber not really encouraging. in particular, we don't have anywhere to advertise podlings asking for additional mentors. perhaps unnecessary or better on the wiki. opinions? -
