Incubator PMC Folks,
The XMLBeans PMC, which is currently the sponsoring PMC for the
xmlbeanscxx podling, would like to move this podling to a
dormant/retired status. As mentioned in the last XMLBeans PMC status
report to the board below, the project no longer has enough community
interest to co
