Hi Jean,
Ah yes I was not thinking in terms of the whole site just in terms of
adding new podlings.
I like what you wrote better than what I had for sure, how about this
additional verbiage though;
Add new documents in the site-author directory, then do 'svn add'.

Hi, Bill,
Actually, I think this change might eliminate some valid info:

Definitely, yes.
Sorry for the omission.
We'll update that.

Replace migrated with 'referred' in that last email on this thread...

Thanks again Jean,
I've checked in everything and updated the site so hopefully I did it
right this time :-)
I also updated the guides/website.xml file because it referenced the
'stylesheets/project.xml' document which is not how projects are
migrated to any more.
Also, everyone's CLA

I've made requests to create accounts for the initial
committers of the Kabuki incubator project[1]. But I
have yet to hear anything come from that. All of the
proposed committers have submitted their contributor
agreements and I've formally issued the requests for
new accounts to both [EMAIL PROT

Dooh! I was getting ahead of my self when I had a little time on my

html file?
Sorry about that!

Bill,
The html files under site-publish/projects html get published from the
xml source files under site-author/projects.
You need to add site-author/projects/cayenne.xml. Let me know if you
need any help with this -- I'm happy to help.

The mentors should be able to help in all these regards. While they
don't do all the work, they act as the intermediataries between the

Thanks Brett, couple more questions though. I'm very new to the incubation
process and have been reading everything I can find about project lifecycles
and such, but I'm a newbie nonetheless.

Hola,
I don't agree with everything you said, but I have faith. So I'm
going to let go of this topic for now (as I've said along, I didn't
and won't -1 anything at this stage), but I sure will be looking for
great test coverage and documentation from OpenJPA ;) Hopefully

Hi Noel and All,
Are we good to go then?
The DB PMC has accepted us and we've not heard anything about an
Incubator PMC vote so we'd like to get moving if possible.
As I understand it our next step is to file all the JIRA issues with
the fine folks over in the infra project.

Could I request a status on the Lucene.Net project? There was a request put
forth for a mailing list, svn access, etc. back in December 2005, but it is
not yet available.
Any information on the current status and what else is needed to move this
forward would be great.
