gdalwarp -of netCDF -t_srs 'epsg:3112

gdalwarp is a utility that uses the gdal library. It can read/write in
netCDF format if the library is built with netCDF capability[1]. To check if
your installation has that capability, use the command "gdalwarp --formats".
