I've realized that in GDAL 1.9.2 the "towgs84" parameters of the Swiss "CH1903"
GCS (EPSG:4149) appear incorrectly. According to [1], they should be
674.374,15.056,405.346
instead of
674.4,15.1,405.3
It seems that the origin
