I was able to get it working by upgrading MS4W to the new version on a 32bit
PC, today I will try and get it to work on a 64bit PC, although I don't
forsee any problems.

When you use a 64bits Windows, ODBC manager at Control Panel will only
create 64bits connection.
I had problems with that in the past and
