Hi Edward, For many years (decade?) I distributed the PHP/OGR extension for Windows users, in MS4W. Since the extension was unmaintained I had removed it, but, hearing that you have revived it, I will re-add it back into MS4W (version 4, which includes PHP 7.2.x). If you wish to follow along
