Even, Thank you for your work and diligence. Perhaps what I meant by the warp "working" was that in 3.1.0 it is no longer throwing an error about being able to compute the bounds. I can confirm that NWS's NBM v3.2 grib2 files are now translating to TIF successfully when I try using the latest doc

Hello, I am processing some GRIB2 raster files from NCEP (weather model stuff). An example file would be: http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/hiresw/prod/href.20180907/ensprod/href.t00z.conus.mean.f06.grib2 When I use various GDAL tools to process the file it prints this line for each o
