Is there any particular reason mapserver can't use the GCP's for display? Is it
that they are not necessarily corner points of the image?

I am having an issue processing DigitalGlobe NTF/JPEG2000 imagery with GDAL and
MapServer.
I am currently using Version 1.8.1 MSVC2008 (Win64) -release with mapserver
