I found an old post from Even that mentioned PKG_CONFIG_PATH so I added the
follow and everything works now:
ENV PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig

I am trying to get jp2openjpeg in my GDAL build. This is in a docker image
running CentOS7. I have successfully installed other libraries with GDAL
(PROJ, Expat, LibTIFF, etc.) so I'm not sure why it's not finding OpenJPEG.
Can anyone provide any advice on how to get the jp2openjpeg driver goi
adding "-mapFieldType DateTime=String". See
https://gdal.org/programs/ogr2ogr.html#cmdoption-ogr2ogr-mapFieldType
You won't get a ISO datetime but the historical format used by OGR: "/MM/DD
HH:MM:SS"

We are using GDAL 3.4.1 to convert GeoJSON to ESRI Shapefile with ogr2ogr. Our
source data has a datetime field with content like
"2022-07-09T23:59:59.00Z" and in the resultant Shapefile it shows up as
7/9/2002.
Is there a way to get the ISO datetime into the Shapefile as a string instead
