Is there an option to create a GTiff with a sparse index?
I'm creating a vrt with a large extent from a single small GTiff (that I am
using later as an overview for another raster)
The output is mostly nodata values as only a small part of it contains
actual data from the input tif.

We are trying to compile the gdal 2.3.2 source with ASLR . But we are
seeing the
Elf file type as EXEC (Executable file) instead DYN.
Please help us whether gdal build is supported the compilation with "-Fpie
-pie -fPIC".
Steps which we followed:
cp gdalDevKits/gdal-2.3.2.tar.gz .

driver in a couple servers (RHEL), but there is one that is resisting and I
think it's got to do with the ODBC installation.
