You probably mean https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/changeset/28438 ? Yep,
that's

Hi,
It seem that the patch for recent poppler versions has not been backported :
make[2] : on entre dans le répertoire « /tmp/gdal-1.11.3/frmts/
Hi Karl,
I think that some ready tests of GDAL are available. I'm not familiar
with autotest2, so some links to docs and sources are welcome. Also I
think that in gist you provided only some examples, and somewhere else
the repo exists. If not - I'll try to play with this code.

Hi,
i'm reading a lot of sources from internet trying to explain how to make
this transformation from coordintates as:
V_LATITUDE = '9,54153844';
V_LONGITUDE = '39,44322841';
Into UTM values.
We have a tiff map with a tfw file as follows:
50.00
0.00
0.00
-50.00
... and now a GDAL/OGR 2.0.1 release candidate. Please review and test.

Dear Petr,
I'm very fond of georeferencer.com; for many topographic and geographic
maps it's more effective than using a desktop application like QGIS.
The idea of implementing IIP/IIIF inside gdal has several reasons.
The first one is due to rights over the images. They are meant for personal
use
