I did try gdal_translate and it does fail. Here's what happens at the command
prompt:
C:\MapData>gdal_translate -of JPEG -outsize 512 512 land-sea.xml test.jpg
Input file size is 20480, 10240

Hi,
I was running Mapserver under Windows 7, using the gdal worldwind minidriver to
serve up imagery from various tile sets. I'm trying to migrate to Server 2008
R2. I don't seem to be able to get the mini driver to work and it looks like a
permissions issue. Any suggestions on how to trouble
The way I see it, the new spec does clear up some big holes like:
1. Being able to specify an unambiguous operation/projection method (by
identifier) for projections instead of loosely relying on the
projection's name (9.3.3)
2. Knowing the units of projection parameters (9.3.4)

Hi devs,
I'm not understanding how to set the x and y values of EXTRA_IMAGES
specially when I use only vectors.
With raster I could get the dimension of the output geospatialPDF from
the input raster, but with vector I have no idea.
I tried using the coordinates of the bounding box of my layer,

Sorry, this was at least unclear or nonsense. What I meant to say was that
perhaps GDAL should handle the MediaBox size and UserU
Hi
we have some Worldview 3 files in Erdas Imagine format. Are there any
advantages over GeoTIFF in daily business (or general)? Of course it
depends what daily business means... e.g. using derived products(RGB or
false color images) in a desktop gis application or in a wms.

Hi Team,
I have created two PDF file with default DPI and 600 values using
gdal_translate application.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any difference among these two created files like
file size, pixel size etc.
The input file details are
Input file type: Erdas . img file
Width of the image: 1193
