The ODA is running on CE. We are part of the membership and have been using
this for a couple years. But the problem is that the entire libraries are
static and take too much memory to be usable.

The only DWG support that I recall depends on the libraries from the Open
Design Alliance and I'm not sure if they work on windows CE. Also, that
driver has many limitations - rendering the DWG features down to simple
features in OGR. You might want to investigate that it really gives yo

We may be interested in maintaining the CE/Mobile flavor of gdal. But first
someone told us that Autocad DWG files where supported (this is our need).
But cant find any mention in your web page.
