I am attempting to tranform a GeoTiff from UTM14N to WGS84 using GDAL from
VC++ 2008 and I am brand new to using GDAL.

Just updated and I can't compile anymore.
ddsdataset is activated by default though it requires some dependencies.
I tried --without-dds, then --with-dds=no. No luck, it wants to compile
ddsdataset.cpp anyway.
I guess some configure magic is missing.
