I have two base question:
1.the satellte photo height map file is always dem file?and the number of it is
always 1?
2.Now I download 7 bands goetiff file,how to translate them into a RGB picture

I had a similar issue with my build earlier this week (on Ubuntu 9.10,
64bit). I had the same error at one point... but I don't believe it was at
libjasper.a.
Are you attempting to build with hdf4 and/or netcdf? My problem seemed to
result from some conflicting settings with those in
Brian:
Hmmm. Which Linux distro? I just did this under
RedHat 5.4 and did not get that error.

I'm trying to use gdal2tiles.py and it seems --zoom parameter is not
working.
The testing configuration is:
Ubuntu 9.10
python 2.6.4
gdal 1.7.1 compiled from source with ECW support
gdal2tiles.py header is
# $Id: gdal2tiles.py 18194 2009-12-06 20:07:45Z rouault $
If I run gdal2tiles
