This series of patches fixes -fpatchable-function-entry on PowerPC64 ELFv1 so that SECTION_LINK_ORDER (.section 'o' arg) is now supported, and on PowerPC64 ELFv2 to not break the global entry code. Bootstrapped powerpc64le-linux and x86_64-linux all langs. I did see one regression on both targets
