This cleans up SH's MD a little by using some iterators.
No functional changes, just cosmetics.
Tested briefly with
'make all'
make -k check-gcc RUNTESTFLAGS="sh.exp --target_board=sh-sim

and comparing CSiBE result-size for '-m
