-mdejagnu-cpu=power9. The has_arch_pwr9 check is also true with

Yes, Peter, I've confirmed
vsx_splat to
splat_input_operand and corrected the assignment of op1 to operands[1].
These changes ensure that operand1 is stored in a register.

even/odd register pairs on 128 bits.
