Darwin uses a different spelling for popcnt (popcnt instead of popcntw).
Check for this in the test.

file aligment for Darwin. Rather than skipping it - test that we see the
expected error.

This test fails on Darwin because it requires alias support.
Fixed by adding the necessary g-require.
