my mails to the gcc, libstdc++, gcc-help and gcc-patches lists show up in the
archives almost immediately, so the delays seem to be specific to mails to
gcc-bugs generated by bugzill

For PR 46669 THREE DAYS passed without an email being sent for the initial bug,
then finally a "New:" email was sent when Paolo responded to it.
If bugs are not sent to the gcc-bugs
