The PR valid and it is still reproducible on the 4.3 branch and AFAIK the 4.3
branch is still open. A resolution of WONTFIX makes sense, but INVALID doesnt..

As it could not be reproduced and a later comment indicates it works for 4.4.0.
Resolved as INVALID.

I can no longer reproduce the problem with gcc 4.4.0 or trunk (4.5.0 20090518
revision 147649). I was able to reproduce it with gcc 4.3.3 release.

Since 4.4 is close to being our current release branch, it would be helpful if
you could provide a testcase where you spot the ICE . It would be useful to
have a preprocessed file to see why the ICE is occurring quick
