If this ( https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2015-08/msg00603.html ) gets
approved, --with-host-libstdcxx will be removed, and we can mark this as
resolved-wont-fix.

And given PR67098 - Documentation --with-stage1-ldflags does not mention
default -static-libstdc++ -static-libgcc, even better is:
...
--with-host-libstdcxx=linker-args
Sets default value for --with
