With the patch for PR 44211 (just committed to the 4.6 trunk), the program
compiles and the output is:
shape
In generic_shape_assign
x = 10

Actually this seems to be a duplicate of PR 44211. It is fixed by the patch I
submitted yesterday:

The patch has been approved by Tobias, and I will commit it once
