including internal unit array I/O. Tests of NIST are complete and we are

versions as well. The input line from comment #8 is the important one.

The snippet in Comment #6 fails correctly because the format is calling for a
field width of 8 characters. The first read goes past the first number and into
the second and you basically are reading garbage.

Oops. This one passes with 20050709 and fails with 20050710, and is exactly
the format and input line from mgrid.
