Silly me, I could reproduce it now. With the patch I appended to PR 19195 this
is fixed.

Hm, I couldn't reproduce the failure, but maybe I got some subtlety wrong which
is needed for this bug to trigger. I'd suggest we try this again once a fix for
pr19195 is in, for I think they're the same bug.

Confirmed, I think this is a dup of bug 19195 but any slight changes to the
preprocessed source will
cause the ICE to go away.
