This was reported a long time ago as PR 16470, if you think otherwise you need
to go back and talk to the C standards committee. What the issue here is you
are using long long and there is no hardware support for it

I want to reiterate that I am as little a linux-kernel maintainer as I am a GCC

There is no builtin udivdi3. This is a runtime library function that get's
called
if the processor does not support this instruction (Unsigned DIVide for DImode
with 3 arguments) natively.
