EDG 4.1 gives the same mangled name, so if anything needs to be fixed, it's the
ABI document.

There is a contradiction here in the ABI. The formal syntax in the ABI says
that a cannot appear inside a , but the example I
mentioned is trying to show that it does. However, the formal syntax in the
ABI also say
