Confirmed, the bootstrap breaks with;
/home/uros/gcc-i386/./gcc/xgcc -B/home/uros/gcc-i386/./gcc/
-B/usr/local/i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ -B/usr/local/i686-pc-linux-gnu/lib/
-isystem /usr/local/i686-pc-linux-gnu/include -isys
