I don't think they ever did; indeed toplevel bootstrap was enabled on
2005-12-14 which is after this bugreport was started. You can "make
clean-target; make all" or "make restrap".

I checked and the bahviour hasn't changed in the past three years, libada is
not rebuilt when the backend is.
If it's accepted as normal (Paolo?) I'll close this report.

Actually none of the target libraries are rebuilt after the compiler is rebuilt.
